Tuesday, December 29th, the City of Stockbridge dedicated the former Hamilton First State Bank Operations Center, as the newly renamed Carrie Mae Hambrick Cultural Arts and Enrichment Center.

In September 1949, Carrie Mae Hambrick became the proud proprietor of the Green Front Café, located at 112 Second Street in Stockbridge, GA. It was one of the first restaurants in the City of Stockbridge. Mrs. Hambrick used her restaurant as a platform to carry out her mission to serve others. She was a loving and caring person, who was always giving and supporting causes.
The City of Stockbridge further honored Mrs. Hambrick by renaming the former Hamilton First State Bank Operations Center in her name.
