BUSINESS TAX:
If you are operating a business within the city limits of Stockbridge, you are required to obtain an occupational tax (business license) certificate.
This also applies to home occupations. All licenses are based on gross receipts with the exception of professionals. Professionals have the option of paying based on gross receipts or flat rate of $250 per professional. Occupational tax certificates must be renewed by January 1
st of each year.
