Before the application review will start, we need:
1. The completed application
2. Plans
3. $150 non-refundable permit fee
Checklist
Before submitting your application, make sure all fields on the first two pages of the application are filled in. Initial pages 2 through 5 at the bottom of each page.
Along with your application, we need the plans showing in detail the location of the proposed work. See page 2 of the application. We also need the $150 application fee.
