Stockbridge To Host Veterans Day 
Parade and Luncheon
Stockbridge, Georgia- November 8, 2019- The City of Stockbridge will host its annual parade and luncheon to honor local veterans on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 10 am. Parade spectators can line up along North Henry Boulevard near Stockbridge City Hall located at 4640 North Henry Boulevard. Due to street closings, spectators are encouraged to be parked no later than 9:30 am. Free parking is available at Stockbridge City Hall. The parade is free and open to the general public. Immediately following the parade, the annual luncheon will take place at the Merle Manders Conference Center located at 111 North Davis Road. 

The luncheon is open to all veterans. Veterans interested in attending the luncheon should send confirmation to as soon as possible due to limited space. The luncheon is free. The parade and luncheon will include local veteran groups, schools, churches and civic groups. A number of local area businesses have partnered with the City of Stockbridge for the Veterans Day Parade and Luncheon on Monday, November 11, 2019. The Keynote Speaker for the annual luncheon will be Bishop Irvin Bryer. He is retired from the U.S. Army. Veterans Day is an official national public holiday observed annually on November 11.
